The details were reported in Telegram by military observer Alexander Kovalenko, analyst of the group "Information Resistance". According to him, in early November, the group of the Russian Federation "Dnepr" concentrated the number of 64 thousand people, and as of now it is more than 74 thousand. In total, combat armored vehicles occupied up to 750 units in early November. Now this number has increased to 950, which is due to the increased need for assault.

Kovalenko noted that at the same time there is a reduction in the artillery component. At the beginning of November, there were almost 900 thick art systems in service of the Dnepr, now there are about 550. This can force the occupiers to increase the number of personnel to 80 thousand.
