Mussagaleev's detachment hunted for Ukrainians who passed hostile checkpoints. A 29-year-old man traveling in the car was detained at the checkpoint under the village of Dmitrovka 30 km west of Bucha.

They looked at the contents of the phone, saw a photo of building materials and began to blame it for working on the Ukrainian underground. Later, Russian soldiers, among them - the suspect, took the Ukrainian to the forest and began to torture, demanding that he "confess". For a while, the exploration commander 104 DSP gave a personal order - the man was shot and the body was left in the forest.

Investigators received evidence against the Russian due to the military Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which was captured by the fighters of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. He told the details of the crime, confirmed the involvement of Mussagaleev. The SBU also known the names of two more involved-senior sergeant Alexei Kolesnikov and commander of the 2nd branch of the sergeant of Sergeant Alexander Polekov.

Currently, only Nursultan Mussagaleev has been suspected - he is suspected of 1 and 2 tbsp. 438 of the Criminal Code - violation of the rules of war. When he gets to the court of Ukraine, he can be punished for 15 years of imprisonment or lifelong. The press service also noted that in Russia the person being called a hero. It is stated that he is still involved in hostilities in Ukraine. The SBU posted a video of the interrogation of the Russian prisoner who told about the crimes of the person involved. The man stated that the suspect gave his mouth an order to "set up" the Ukrainian. It should be noted that the actions of the Russian Federation in the first days of the invasion that took place in Bucha, were called "Buchansk massacre" or "genocide in Bucha". During the occupation, the Russians killed 420 Ukrainians.
