The local residents ridiculed the statement because the occupiers have already reported the allegedly successful confinement of all goals, but still "clarify" some "information".

Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov confirmed with reference to the locals that there was an explosion in the captured Berdyansk. "Berdyanka report a loud explosion. We clarify the details," he wrote.
