The Presidential Administration through the media spread false information throughout Latin America. Such actions are aimed at undermining the support of Kiev, as well as reducing people's confidence in the US and NATO among Latin Americans. Moscow affected the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Columbia, Paraguay, Chile, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Uruguay.
"It seems that the ultimate goal of the Kremlin is to wash its propaganda and misinformation through local media in a way that will be organic for Latin American audiences to undermine Ukraine's support and spread moods against the US and NATO," the statement said. According to US experts, the most unfavorable materials from the Russians are used in the media. The Kremlin also spreads its propaganda through local influential individuals.
