Blogger Alkhim wants to be punished for speaking Russian: what is in danger for her

Now Alkhim faces a fine," Pipa wrote. It should be noted that for the first violation of the language law, a fine from 3,400 to 8,500 hryvnias is provided, and for a second violation - from 8,500 to 11,900 hryvnias. The People's Deputy repeatedly drew attention to the blogger's behavior.

Nataliya Pipa submitted a parliamentary appeal to the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police "due to a threat to national security" with the demand for "an investigation, a legal assessment and an immediate tough reaction.

" In particular, three criminal proceedings were opened against Alkhim for treason, inciting national, regional, racial or religious enmity, as well as threat or violence against a state or public figure (under three articles — 161, 111 and 346 — of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
