Soon Terekhov learned that the Russian attack was affected by the area of residential development in the central part of the city. "Previously, there are victims," the mayor said.
The blow on a residential building in Kharkiv was confirmed by OVA chairman Oleg Synigubov. According to him, the Russians attacked the Saltovsky district. The impact was recorded in a three -storey apartment building and yard, and the building was damaged.
