In Russia launched the production of their own quadcopters: what is known about them

By the end of 2022, they plan to release 1,000 UAVs, the first of which will leave the conveyor in November. In St. Petersburg, the Diamond Anta concern began production of Russian quadcopters. About it writes the site "Izvestia", referring to the statement of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

According to officials, now at the Obukhiv plant, multifunctional civilian drones are collected within the framework of the production diversification program at defense-industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. Already in November, the company promises to release the first 400 UAVs, and by the end of the year - almost 1,000 copies. Already in 2022, the first drones will begin to sell, and in 2023 they are going to increase production volumes and present new models.

The ministry shared some characteristics of the device. The first model was designed by the design of the quadcopter, that is, it received four racks on which they rotate on the screw. During the harvesting, employees of the St. Petersburg plant "Diamond-Antea" use "Russian modern materials", as well as 3D printing technologies. The Ministry of Promote emphasized that the drone will be able to work in frosty weather and in strong wind. Quadcopters intend to sell in a waterproof case.

The kit will take into account the drone, two variable batteries, a special software tablet, a control panel, a video device for transmitting videos to a smartphone, spare blades, a key for their installation, cables, chargers. Let the drones be considered civilians, the Russians will be able to use them for military purposes. Earlier they wrote what commercial UAVs the Ukrainian military use in the war.

As a rule, such devices have worse characteristics than military models, but under the control of skillful operators can effectively conduct a short distance exploration, adjust the fire of artillery and even throw away grenades on the enemy independently.
