As reported in the KB "Eye", such technology was introduced in response to the need to increase the secrecy during combat missions. In addition, the drone received a collapsible wing, which simplifies its transportation in special containers, making the device more mobile and easy to use on the front line.

Drone "Zheet-82" has a flight range up to 30 km, a maximum speed of 140 km/h, and its cruising speed is 90 km/h. The useful load of the drone reaches 5. 5 kg, which allows to carry, for example, an 82mm mortar mine. The launch of the drone is made from catapult, and it is used for attacks on artillery, armored vehicles and fortified enemy positions.

UAV allegedly has resistance to electronic warfare, thanks to the built -in autopilot, which enables it to successfully overcome complex areas of the route. According to the Defense Express observers, the commander of the Owl Drone group of the 88th Flee Battalion of the 88th Brigade of Espaniola with the Sokil call sign declares the high efficiency of this complex.

According to him, over the last three months the modernized drone "Privat-82MK2" has made more than 100 combat departments, and the success of the use has been estimated at 60%.
