The Russian Federation wants to restart the Zaporozhye NPP and builds new transmission lines (satellite images)

To spread: Russia builds a new high -voltage power line in the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk regions. "Rosatom" wants to restart nuclear reactors as soon as possible. Satellite images of the object were shown by the international organization Greeprease. Construction goes west of Berdyansk and northwest of Mariupol. Such actions confirm the desire of the corporation by Rosatom to restart nuclear reactors to ZPP.

According to analysts, 90 km of lines with installed supports were built by May 23. From May 11 to May 22, Russian experts erected 15 supports and more than 5 km of power lines from the eastern part of the poplar to the north of Mariupol. By the end of May, construction will continue through the Kalchytska reservoir. Greenpeace predicts the extension of the transmission line for another 100 km to the occupied Melitopol. There it will be connected to a 330 square meter.

In the eastern direction, the transmission lines are connected with the 750/330 kV substation north of Mariupol. For a 90 km long line, about 300 high -voltage supports can be installed. Nuclear Energy Specialist in Greenpeace, Sean Bernie states that Moscow sells dangerous and illegal plans for restarting the largest nuclear power plant in Ukraine and Europe. "Russia and" Rosatom "need to be stopped and the station is returned to Ukraine," he is convinced.

Greenpeace states serious risks to nuclear safety due to the possible restaurant reactors. "Rosatom" is not able to guarantee the order when trying to restart the NPP. "We have repeatedly urged the General Director of the IAEA to bring it to the Russian representatives. IAEA should not support the preparation for the illegal restart of the reactors," - said Nuclear Expert Jan Wanda Putte.
