In the case of new mobilization: in the Kremlin want to prevent the escape of recruits from the Russian Federation - intelligence

Data on potential conscripts will be transferred to the border service and now the authorities are creating a special system of information exchange, British analysts reported. The Russian government continues to develop a system that will not allow potential conscripts to leave the country. This is stated in the UK Ministry of Defense Intelligence report of July 16.

On the eve of the Russian media Meduza shared information that the Russian government began to implement the "exchange exchange" scheme between the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Security Service (FSB). This is needed by the Kremlin in order to transfer data on potential conscripts to the border service. Accordingly, the authorities will try to prevent their escape from the country. "According to the available data, the system must be completely ready for the autumn conscription in 2024.

Annually in Russia, two calls to the army are made in Russia, resulting in more than 250,000 people annually called for one year of conscript service," the message reads. Separately, British analysts added that hundreds of thousands of Russians left the country since 2022 and one of the main reasons was partial mobilization, which was introduced in the fall of 2022. It is more about young and educated people. As a result, this adversely affected the labor market.
