"We turn to the UN, the EU and other organizations to organize an international monitoring mission to the Kakhovsk hydroelectric power station. International specialists together with Ukrainian staff should be immediately arrived at the station," Shmigal said. He also made arguments that forced the Ukrainian authorities to make such a requirement.
