According to the Russian media, the "arrivals" were allegedly recorded on the boulevard of youth, the streets of Yesenin and Gubkin, as well as in the territory of the Kharkiv Mountain neighborhood. On the night of March 29 in Belgorod and Belgorod district of the Russian Federation, air alarm was announced. The governor of Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote about it in his Telegram-channel.

The head of the region warned of a rocket danger and urged the locals not to approach the windows, hide indoors without windows with solid walls or go down into the shelter. Later, Gladkov added that the air defense system worked over Belgorod and the Belgorod district, allegedly destroying 15 air targets on the city. According to him, it was without the victims, but in Belgorod the windows were knocked out in 37 apartments of 17 apartment buildings.

The governor claims that the fragments also damaged the balcony of one apartment, glazing at Belgorod Arena and Gymnasium, as well as 12 cars. In addition, Gladkov stated that in the village of Dubove, Belgorod district, a roof was cut in one private household, and in the village of Ripne one car was damaged in the village of Ripne. The Russian media "ostromenously, Novosti" writes that as a result of shelling in Belgorod, an apartment building on the youth boulevard was damaged.

Journalists report with reference to the locals that "loud sounds" were heard above the region. According to the online publication, there are "arrivals" on Yesenin Street. Local Telegram channels write that there is a destruction on Gubkin Street and in the territory of the Kharkiv Mountain in Belgorod because of "arrivals". Appropriate photos and videos also appeared on the network. The Ministry of Defense of Russia has not yet commented on the event.
