The exposure of the propaganda of the Russian Federation is referred to in the post by the Center for Combating Misinformation (CPD) of the National Security and Defense Council, posted in the Telegram. The CPD post contained a snippet of a video where an unknown person in military uniform seemed to shoot another military. In this case, the persons who distribute this entry indicate that it is "punishment for refusing to participate in the assault.

NSDC urges citizens not to submit to Russian information and psychological operations (IPSO) and pay attention to a number of features that prove that such posts and videos-fakes of the Russian Federation. Signs of fake in disseminated messages: another evidence in favor of forgery - spread exclusively on "hostile resources", the center stressed.

The main purpose of such videos is to discredit the Ukrainian army, which is carried out by Russian special services. "The Center reports that the video was probably shot by the enemy as part of the IPSO for the purpose of discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the NSDP's CPD is said. Focus does not publish a video distributed by Russian resources because of its fake origin and for ethical reasons.

The video shows a person with Down syndrome, who was sent to the front and kept in the trenches. Investigators listed the signs of IPSO: it is not clear where and when the record is made, also raises the question of equipment, which is not suitable for the winter season.

It turned out that the person in the photo really fought in the forces of defense, but it is an adult who just looked younger than his age.
