The SCM Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov announced the closure of the ASKA insurance company. The SCM group of Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov has announced the closure of the ASKA insurance company for the sale of the insurance company. This is stated in the SCM statement. As a result of the agreement, the new owner of ASKA was the VUSO insurance company. It will continue to develop this business by combining two companies under a single Vuso brand.

Recall that the parties reached the preliminary agreement on the agreement before the start of the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine - in November 2021.
