Wishing negotiations: the CPD explained sudden nuclear training in Belarus and the Russian Federation

Experts of the Center for Combating Misinformation emphasized that nuclear blackmail for Russia remains the last lever of influencing the leaders of the countries and the world. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus reported on May 7 that according to the order of the self -proclaimed President Alexander Lukashenko, a sudden check of the means of carriers of non -strategic nuclear weapons is carried out in the country's armed forces.

About why the Belarusian military synchronously with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is done, on May 8, the Center for Combating Misinformation (CPD) of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC). The center explained that such actions of Belarusians are carried out in order to play a misinformation campaign of the Kremlin propaganda, which set itself the goal - to intimidate the world with nuclear weapons.

"Belarus, which, from the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, remains an ally of Moscow, beats" nuclear propaganda ", to which the aggressor state resorts to disrupt military assistance to Ukraine from Western partners and to incline to negotiations on their own conditions," .

The experts of the Center stressed that nuclear blackmail for Russia as an aggressor state remains the last argument, and the active IPSO on this topic shows that the Russians resorted to the latest levers of influence on the leaders of countries and the world public. The Belarusian military explains such actions by the order of their supreme commander -in -chief.

According to the Minister of Defense of Belarus Viktor Khrenin, the state of readiness is to bring the Division of the Su-25 operative-tactical "Iskander" and squadron. At the same time, the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus Viktor Gulevich informed that within this event, part of the forces and means of aviation will be relocated to the spare aerodrome, and later they will begin to work out preparatory actions for the use of non -patient nuclear weapons.

The CPD points out that Belarus has recently been more actively involved in misinformation campaigns and spreading fakes against Ukraine. The purpose of such participation, as well as the task of Russian propaganda, is to destabilize the situation and influence Ukrainian partners, leading to the fear of the threat of nuclear war.

It should be reminded that on May 7, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the conduct on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin of military exercises, on which the use of tactical nuclear weapons will be worked out. Focus wrote that on April 5, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia stated that if Poland is placed in its territory NATO nuclear objects, they can become potential military goals for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
