Are considered dangerous: Ministry of Defense found almost 340 tons of substandard products for the Armed Forces

The Defense Ministry stated that they did not allow products due to labeling violations, documents with documents, and because of their expiration date. The Ministry of Defense prevented the supply of almost 340 tons of poor quality and dangerous products for the Ukrainian military during June. This is stated on the website of the department.

It is reported that as a result of inspections of economic entities before supply to military units, food products with a total weight of 321 thousand 787 tons were dismissed. Immediately during inspections in military units, it is not allowed to provide personnel with foodstuffs with a total weight of 16 thousand 419 tons.

The ministry named the main reasons for the impossible: the Ministry of Defense noted that, according to the law, products that have at least one of these violations are considered dangerous. Recall that the Ministry of Defense has punished a foreign supplier who provided poor quality clothing and delayed terms for UAH 180 million. The Ministry of Defense appealed to international arbitration for recovery of funds for late delivery and imposing penalties on it.
