According to the Military Edition, for the first time, the use of baits of the ADM-160 Mald became known in 2023. It differs from combat weapons in that it has a special useful load in the form of obstacles - active or passive, depending on modification and execution.
"ADM-160B has an autopilot that performs a pre-laid flight program. Using satellite navigation, it conducts the product on a given route," the message reads. There are several ways of using Mald rocket with different effects-it can fly as a false target in a given area and distract the enemy's aircraft from a real purpose, or fly side by side, complicating the identification and interfering with the support and damage to the rocket.
