"Knowledge is not enough": the Russians captured the Ukrainian UAV "darkness" but were wrong (photos)

Judging from the description given by the Russians, they did not hold a Ukrainian drone in their hands, says radio technologies specialist Sergey Beskrestnov in the Russian Federation stated that they had seized the Ukrainian unmanned aircraft "Mark" in the Kherson region from the Kiev company "Radne. The struggle, however, incorrectly analyzed his "stuffing". The photo of the drone was posted by the Russian Telegram-channel "The Ambassador of the Good Will".

The invaders noted that the "darkness" had previously got into their field of view, but it was first possible to capture the apparatus. In the published pictures you can see that the drone is almost unharmed. According to the Russians, the drone has a wingspan, 1. 5 meters, flight speed up to 600 km/h, can fly up to 30 minutes, as well as carry a good load up to 3 kilograms.

Later, the authors of the channel also published a "detailed description", saying that the "darkness" was equipped with a control module with an inertial system, a magnetic compass and a navigation receiver with an external antenna. "In an attempt to increase the barrier, they mounted the antenna on an aluminum lining, using it as its screen from the deck -resistant signals from the ground," the occupiers wrote.

The publication was paid to the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a specialist in radio technologies Sergey Beskrestnov, noting that the authors of the post clearly did not hold this UAV in his hands, as indicating an excerpt about the antenna. "They write a funny hr*n. And to determine the antenna for the photo of knowledge they do not have enough," - stated the expert.

Sergiy Beskrestnov also stressed that "darkness" is a very good shock UAV with a range of more than 1000 kilometers, qualitatively collected by a professional team. However, in the war, any apparatus inevitably falls into the enemy's hands sooner or later.
