On February 7, the Russian media wrote that a promising complex of managed missile weapons may appear on the front line in Ukraine soon. Analysts call this complex one of the striking examples of "long -made" in Russian weapons and doubt whether the problem of providing the complex with a target. Hermes is a hypersonic rocket complex that can be controlled in terrestrial or air mode. TRC can also be used as an anti -ship rocket or coastal defense system.
The Tula Design Bureau of Instrumentation is engaged in the development and production of the Hermes system. Russian troops completed the 2003 aviation option. The complex was presented to the general public on February 22, 2009. The full list of possible carriers of the complex is not yet known. The manufacturer's website for the example shows the KA-52 and Su-39 helicopter. Recall that Ukraine will be one of the first to receive the latest French drones-Kamikadze.
