In the Russian Federation, they are going to escape from the night attacks of the Sea Drones with the help of thermal imagers

It is stated that new thermal imaging complexes will help to see drones at a distance of 1 km and determine their azimuth of movement for further attack. The Russian company "Laboratory PPS" has declared the development of the thermal imaging complex, which allows to see targets in the dark at a distance of more than 1 km, TASS reports.

The goals should be understood by Ukrainian sea drones that are actively used by the SBU and other forces for attacks on ships of the Russian so -called Black Sea Fleet. Russian engineers have stated that new type thermal imagers will help to reflect the attacks of non-fleet boats by the Russian Fleet. The company emphasized that Russian sailors lack thermal imaging devices, while defenders of Ukraine and Crimea often attack Russian ships at night.

It is reported that thermal imagers will help to recognize goals at a distance of more than 1 km. It is unknown what these devices are, but in the TASS comment, a representative of the Laboratory of PPS mentioned the thermal imaging binoculars for sailors carrying the watch on the upper deck. With this binoculars it will be possible to determine the azimuth of motion of drones to shoot them from machine guns later.

It is known that the Laboratory of PPS is engaged in the production of thermal imaging sights for the modern model of Kalashnikov machine gun, machine guns of the type "KORD" and any small arms that Russians use against Ukrainian boats. The TASS also reminds that this company creates wireless blockers and flying drones, anti-water guns LPD-801 and LPD-802, Triton complex. Earlier, we wrote that the new Ukrainian sea drone threatens the Russian aviation.
