Ukrainian hackers broke the "1C" system and merged the data of thousands of Russians: what is threatening

The stolen database contains logins, passwords and email addresses that can be used to break accounts. The Ukrainian group of hackers Cyber. anarchy. Squad has broken the Russian company "Firma 1C", which offers computer programs for databases. She reported details on her Telegram channel. Hackers have placed a part of the stolen database in the table that can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Google online service.

It contains 18425 records of Russian users, including logins, passwords, names, e -mail addresses, registration date and last entry. A separate column indicates whether the account is actively used or not. In the comments, Telegram users noted that the information received is not of great interest and cannot cause great harm to the Russians.

However, the problem can arise if a person uses the same e-mail and password to log in to other accounts, such as e-mail, messengers, social networks-then they can be broken and access to personal data. Recently, DOU researchers have drew attention to the fact that 1C software is used in Ukraine, contrary to sanctions. Since 2020, state -owned companies have been prohibited from buying and using products of the Russian company, but even the authorities have violated this ban.

The use of any software from Russia poses a threat of information security and the real risks of hacking objects of critical infrastructure. In addition, the purchase directly sponsors the aggressor country during the war. As Cyber. anarchy. Squad proved, 1C database is quite realistic to break, compromising Ukrainians. Earlier, Ukrainian hackers broke the State Services Service and published data from thousands of Russians.
