In constant working mode, we work on providing our soldiers with weapons and ammunition. All active actions of the Ukrainian military should be synchronized with the use of high -precision weapons.

This is one of the basic priorities. Particularly acute - in Donetsk region. We do our best to restrain enemy activity. It is there that our target number one is now, because for the occupiers of the Donbas - the purpose of the number one is still. Despite the obvious senselessness of the war for Russia and the loss of the invaders of the initiative of the command of the Russian military, they are still chasing them to death.

The constant attempts of the Russian offensive in the Donetsk region will probably go down in the history of wars as one of the most cynical killings of their soldiers. When we see this, when we see these offenses, we are once again convinced that Russian mobilization is a candid effort to give commanders on the ground a constant stream of cannon meat. There is no different sense in Russian mobilization.

They felt they losing and trying to simply delay this moment, to provide at least some activity on the front, to put at least someone with a weapon in their hands instead of the dead. Unfortunately, Russian society is not yet aware of the cruelty of the Russian authorities about its people. But we must do everything to make every citizen of Russia recognize that his state deprives him of the most important thing - the right to life.

And about the criminal mobilization that Russia conducts, in particular, in the occupied territory, trying to throw to death under the Russian flag and our citizens. And the pseudo-referendums also talked-the reaction of the world to them and to any further steps of the invaders will be rigid. I thank Mr. Prime Minister for his clear support, willingness to increase sanction pressure on Russia.

We work within the Fast Recovery, returning normal life to the territory liberated from the occupiers. We make the necessary steps, getting ready for the winter.

He participated in the launch of a special investment fund to support our Ukrainian entrepreneurs and export -oriented companies. The Fund has already attracted $ 125 million and the amount will be doubled. This fund, Horizon Capital Growth - is called, invested the most respectable Western funds, banks and institutions. I thank everyone who has prepared and implemented this investment project.

And I think that it can be a special signal for investors - a signal that it is possible to fit into the Ukrainian economy and we need now when we are on the way to our victory. An important political and diplomatic event took place in the office today. Thirty partners' ambassadors have presented a project to establish a special international tribunal for the punishment of Russia for the crime of aggression against our country.

The difficulty of holding Russia for this crime is that there are not enough international legal instruments. The special international tribunal is needed. And we are working out in great detail and very meticulously processing. I have no doubt, the tribunal will be. There will be responsibility for anyone who has solved this criminal war against Ukraine and freedom in Europe.

I thank everyone who protects our country! I especially want to celebrate the warriors who are now defending Ukraine in Donetsk region. Fighters of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Cold Yar" and the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade-for heroic defense in the Bakhmut direction. I also want to mention the soldiers of the 80th Airborne Assault Brigade for decisive and competent actions when liberating our territory.
