According to the head of the Kremlin, Moscow is allegedly ready to negotiate with Ukraine, but they should be based on the negotiation process of 2022, which was first held in Minsk and then in Istanbul. Kremlin head Vladimir Putin stated that Russia is ready to negotiate with Ukraine. However, they should take into account some of today's realities. He told this during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
