As reported by "Telekanal Pryamiy" with reference to the senior lieutenant of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with the call sign "Alex", the government is preparing a phased system of remuneration calculations for contract workers. The amount of payments will be determined by the duration of the contract, from one to ten years, and the system will include an initial amount at signing and monthly accruals.
According to the published data, the amounts of the rewards will look like this: As senior lieutenant "Alex" noted, the new system aims to stimulate the conclusion of long-term contracts and strengthen personnel stability in the ranks of the Defense Forces. The information is presented in the form of a draft law and is not a normative legal act that has entered into force.
The final decision will be adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine after approval and introduction of possible amendments. In addition, the Telegram channel "Govoryat Sniper +" reports similar data on possible reward amounts. According to their information, the payments will include the following approximate amounts: Currently, the information provided in Telegram channels has not been officially confirmed by the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
