Mobilization in Ukraine: Can men with a white ticket call the Armed Forces

NV told whether a man with a white ticket could mobilize. In Ukraine, the white ticket corresponds to the statuses "restricted for military service", "Unfit for military service in peacetime" and "unfit for military service with exclusion from military registration". In particular, the latter means the presence of at least one very complex incurable disease with impaired body function. The decision on temporary unfitness is made for treatment, but not more than a year.

After that, the final decision on the suitability or complete failure of the man with the exclusion from military accounting is made. Instead, pre -prisoners who have found incurable diseases or physical shortcomings that entail a violation of the body's functions and are not treatable, are considered unsuitable for service. In this case, there is no decision on temporary unfitness and the need for treatment.

Since February 24, 2022, the so -called white ticket does not guarantee a deferral from mobilization, since they are unusable in peacetime limited during martial law. However, such conscripts cannot serve in marines, landing troops and assault units. Instead, they are suitable for service in the rear units. According to the Regulations on the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, men are unusable for military service in peacetime.

However, during the martial law, they can be sent to the service of security, CCC and other military institutions and organizations, and educational institutions. In particular, special emphasis is placed on civilian specialties that will provide functioning and support in the rear.
