The DBR suspects the chief of staff, battery commander, deputy division commanders and other officers in the betrayal of Ukraine. One of the suspects is Denis Lyabedov, who, according to the DBR, holds the position of deputy commander of the anti -aircraft missile regiment and manages the air defense of the invaders in Crimea. Former military Ukraine are suspected of desertion and treason (Part 1 of Article 408 and Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The articles provide up to 15 years in prison.
