"Putin would sit in Kiev now": Harris excluded negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation without Ukraine

The US presidential candidate believes that Ukraine must have the right to vote on its future and criticize its opponent in the elections. Harris outlined Trump's policy on Ukraine as a "surrender".
