The Russian Federation tested a deep -water machine - now it is under repair: GUR told what happened

The Russians decided to lower the modernized apparatus "AC-36", which they worked for 7 years. The aggressor country is now estimating losses. In the Norwegian Sea, a Russian deep -water apparatus collided with a ship on which it was lowered. This was reported on July 12 in the General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to GUR, on July 1, the Russian Federation decided to test in the water area of ​​the Norwegian Sea its modernized deep-water apparatus "AS-36". He has been working on St. Petersburg at the capacities of the Canoner Ship repair plant since 2017. The carrier "AS-36" became the rescue ship of the Northern Fleet of the Russian Federation "Mikhail Rudnitsky". However, the tests were not planned. When the device was descended on the water, the crew did not cope with control.

As a result, the AC-36 collided with the vessels. The enemy deep -water apparatus was damaged through which the trials were forced to stop. Now Russia estimates the losses and timing of the AC-36 repair.
