In this case, the signal will be broadcast in several ways: through loudspeakers and sirens, through the Governor Telegram channel, on television and radio, through Telegram channels Russian media in Crimea. The occupation "official" states that after starting a signal of alarm, citizens will be 30-50 minutes to reach shelter or hide in homes.
