The Russian authorities prepare the population for regular air attacks. To this end, they have developed a complex alert system that includes speakers and Russia. On September 22, high -precision missiles hit the headquarters of the Command of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

The occupation "official" states that after starting a signal of alarm, citizens will be 30-50 minutes to reach shelter or hide in homes.
