The DBR Communications Advisor Tatiana Sapyan said that among those who were sent to France, there were men who were previously caught on an attempt to illegally cross the border for escape to the EU and evade service in Ukraine. So earlier, men paid funds to third parties for their help in crossing the border, but were detained by border guards. They were not criminally liable, but only imposed an administrative fine.

"If I am not mistaken, there are 12 people of" evil people "have been listed in France," Tatiana Sapyan said. She noted that the fact of their evasion has already been proven, while law enforcement officers are currently establishing in which the scheme with "evastors" for study abroad worked. Currently, these fighters are abroad, the investigation is working to be returned to their homeland.

The military expert, the Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Zhdanov informed Focus that there was no special choice in whom to be sent to study abroad from the 155 brigade. "As far as we already know, 155 brigade was completed from all over Ukraine, and it had to be completed very quickly. Therefore, anyone who was at hand was driven there, no one was checking it," Zhdanov said.

According to him, initially in Ukraine the system of mobilization was destroyed, there was a beading that does not cope with the staffing of the Armed Forces, because the front is catastrophically lacking people. Moreover, the expert noted that the fact that men had previously tried to go abroad does not mean that they would go to the HCP when they were put in order. However, the above military leadership made the conditions under which people left part of them.

Military lawyer Oleg Leontiev noted in a conversation with focus that if a person who had previously tried to go abroad to avoid mobilization was sent to study in another country, then the commander was not aware of this situation. According to Oleg Zhdanov, the whole problem in the system of state level. He believes that it should be solved at the level of the Supreme Commander. In particular, the President has already tried to bet on the situation in the 155 brigade.

"As far as I understand, this is a typical situation for the latest newly created brigades of the 150th series, they have repeatedly written about it. Now 156, 152 brigades are being checked there. Leontiev is convinced that the problem in the representatives of the Tax Code, who call to the army of people who are not motivated at all, do not want to serve at all and in all possible ways they evade the service.
