The Khmelnytskyi resident sued and sued half a million hryvnias

In the lawsuit, the woman stated that because of the war in Ukraine, she suffered mental suffering, stress and fears for her safety, and contemplation of the buildings destroyed by rocket strokes brings additional discomfort. In Khmelnytskyi, a woman sued Russia and Ukraine, accusing them of being suffering from war. The plaintiff won the claim, and the defendant's party must pay her 500 thousand hryvnias of moral compensation. This is stated in the decision of the Slavutsk City Court.

In the lawsuit, the woman indicated that the aggressor country and allegedly "the obvious inaction of the state of Ukraine" led to a violation of its rights to peace. The plaintiff appealed to the fact that the right of peoples to peace was enshrined in the "Declaration on the Rights of Peoples to Peace" in 1984.

The woman also stated that because of the war in Ukraine "suffered mental suffering, stress and fears for her safety, and contemplation of rocket strokes destroyed by rocket strikes brings additional discomfort, in particular, and a partial loss of belief in the humanity of the invaders.

" In addition, a resident of Khmelnytskyi in a lawsuit stated that because of Russian aggression against Ukraine, she lost her native brother, who in the ranks of the Armed Forces defended the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and the war accumulates in it systematic stress, which leads to its premature aging. She has lost a peaceful dream and as of today she does not sleep at night, shudders during howling a siren of air anxiety.

As a result of the war, she lost the opportunity to work quietly, with pleasure, to communicate freely, psychologically crushed through the death of a loved one, forced to make considerable efforts to overcome this apathy. The court decided to satisfy its claim partially, having recovering from Russia 500 thousand hryvnias of compensation for non -pecuniary damage. At the same time, the court did not find evidence of the validity of the plaintiff's claims to Ukraine.
