Almost a quarter of the city is burned. Imagine: every night and every day, a constant threat that a Russian rocket will fly to the city for a few minutes and kiss on any object-at a regular house or at a university, or at a school or any enterprise.

Subsequently, Russian terrorists added "Shahda" - Iranian drones that enabled them to significantly increase the cruelty against our people. Now Russia began to beat Kharkov and airbags. These are special managed bombs that destroy everything within hundreds of meters. Putin is now betting on such bombs. On the opportunity to destroy everything to the ruins and then go to an empty place - a place where there was a normal life before the Russian war.

It is the last, and the last effective rate of Putin in this war. It is on terror. He thinks that the situation in his favor is such bombs that destroy any home. He thinks that he will have these bombs and that their trajectories will sooner or later destroy our energy by throwing Ukraine into Black. He thinks that his ability to produce and buy artillery from accomplices will allow him to step on the front while Western friends of Ukraine are inhibiting supply. Putin has nothing but such terror.

But Ukraine has shown that there are no such aircraft and missiles in Russia that we could not knock down. We have shown that, without even having our fleet in the Black Sea, we can win the sea and renew the normal movement of vessels by removing the Russian blockade of our ports. We have shown that when we do not give pauses, we can liberate our land. A week ago, our Kharkiv was actually in the dark, because Russian terrorists destroyed all the energy objects of the city.

A million city without electricity, communication, even without normal water supply. It has now been able to ensure energy supply. And the city is bright and strong again. We can protect a normal life even 40 kilometers from Russia, but we need appropriate tools. And they are in the world. Attention to this fact can now change everything as necessary. Ukraine does not ask for too much. We need air defense systems and battle aircraft that can protect our cities from Russian terror.

Several dozen systems and a sufficient number of modern fighters - there will be no problem in Russian aviation and bombs. We need artillery to move the front and return a normal life on Russia occupied. And we need justice - such a pressure on Russia, which will not allow Putin to increase his military potential: more and more sanctions against Russia, confiscation of Putin assets and zero tolerance for Russian misinformation. It's all absolutely realistic.

And it depends only on the political will of our partners. Putin can only fill in the world's deficiency. A deficiency that is too tightened. You can win this war. But not deficits are victory.
