Bankova explained why Russia agreed to exchange Ukrainian defenders for Medvedchuk

Russia's consent to exchange the godfather of the Russian dictator and the people's deputy from the former Victor Medvedchuk PPZ Party for Ukrainian defenders means that it is important for the Kremlin. This was announced by the deputy head of the Presidential Office Kirill Tymoshenko on the air of the national marathon. “The exchange for Mr. Medvedchuk took place for a large number of Ukrainians, our defenders. This shows that Medvedchuk is still important for Russia, ”he said.

Tymoshenko's video also explained Moscow's statements about refusing to exchange Medvedchuk by the fact that the Kremlin's words do not coincide with actions. “Words are one thing, and how everything happens is a little different. This applies to the Russian Federation, because most of their words, and possibly in 100% of cases, do not coincide with how it really is, ”the OP representative summarized.
