The Russian dictator emphasized that terrorism is despised not only by laws but also by the norms of human morality. Russian President Vladimir Putin reacted to a terrorist attack committed in the Iranian city of Shirazi. He expressed his condolences to President Iran Seida Ibrahim Raisi.
