Among the new categories are the forced movement of citizens within the country through Russian aggression; causing grievous bodily harm due to the actions of the aggressor; cases of sexual abuse committed by the occupiers; torture, cruel or degrading dignity; illegal holding in captivity; forced labor or service. During the meeting, they also discussed the possibility of launching a mechanism for filing applications from legal entities and state bodies, institutions, enterprises that have suffered significant losses. The International Damage Register is the first stage to the international compensation mechanism. The next step will be to start a review commission, which will determine the specific amounts of compensation to the victims.
