The Western media reported 50,000 LGBT Person in the Armed Forces: the military is denied (video)

Representatives of the LGBT community, which stood up for the defense of the country, explained the need to introduce same-sex partnerships in war. At the same time, a number of public Ukrainian defenders denied the presence of LGBT-Person at the front. Ukraine is protected by 50 thousand representatives of the LGBT community. About it with reference to LGBT Military statistics on July 3 reported in The Telegraph.

Journalists spoke with the 27-year-old warrior Boris, who joined the army after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine. Boris said he met his boyfriend Valentin in Tinder. "I liked it very much, but the situation was strange because it was the beginning of the war. I never imagined that the war could look like this - to meet with Tinder in the cafe," he said.

Valentin is convinced that the number of open representatives of the LGBT community in the army and the perception of homophobia as a "traditional value" of the Russian Federation bring Ukrainians closer to the adoption of same-sex relations in society. "The project of the law on civil unions, which would legalize same -sex partnerships, was submitted to the Ukrainian Parliament, but the war again raised the issue to the fore," the media emphasized.

Boris noted that recognition of partnerships in Ukraine is now especially important, because warriors are fighting for freedom and democratic, European values. 36-year-old Alina Sarnatska explained that her girl will not be able to find out about the injury or death of her lover because she is not officially her wife. According to Sarnatskaya, under the current legislation, the partner of LGBT Persons should only wait, aware of the level of danger at the front.

"Changing the law will also allow unseen couples to make medical decisions, hide their loved ones according to their desire and receive support from the state," the media added. Sarnatskaya emphasized that the war has accelerated positive changes in the attitude of Ukrainians to open LGBT soldiers, because survival is in priority. "Since the war began, it was not important who is gay and who is Lesbian - you want to be alive," she said.

On July 2, the Koshelnik TV YouTub channel published a social survey on the presence of representatives of the LGBT community in the army. The content author interviewed the defenders, including Nicholas "Frost" bush, Ivan Zaliznyak and Yevgeny Karas. The video fighters say they did not meet at the front open representatives of the LGBT community. In particular, during their calls, their relatives did not hear that one of the military calls his boyfriend.

The video also suggests that the warriors who went to protect the country from the aggressor should be bold enough to confess in their orientation. We will remind, in April the serviceman Pavel Lagaida complained about the threats of burning his house. The fighter is a member of the LGBT military association and our allies. On June 1, MP Inna Sovsun informed that the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) obliged Ukraine to recognize the relations of the LGBT Par.
