On May 15, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reported that they detained Russian agents who had adjusted this shelling. The counterintelligence of the SBU exposed a whole agent group of enemy military intelligence. Six people who lived at different addresses were detained and adjusted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In particular, their hands also have the blood of victims of a double blow to Pokrovsk. On August 7, Russian invaders were kissed in a high -rise building.

When police and rescuers arrived at the arrival place, the enemy attacked again. This led to numerous victims among civilians. According to the investigation, the same agent group collected coordinates for strokes at the places of defense forces in the Avdeevsky direction. They went around the area alone and tried to shoot Ukrainian positions. Agents acted separately, but their curator was common - with the military intelligence of the Russian Federation.

The SBU set his identity, but did not publicly disclose. The Russian intelligence officer created the group and managed it remotely. All six of the detainees are residents of the Pokrovsky district. "To find them and recruit them, an employee of the Russian intelligence service used pro-Kremliv teleram channels, where they left anti-Ukrainian comments," the press service said. During searches, the Russian agents found the mobile phones they used for intelligence.

They were suspected of treason in martial law, for which they can be sentenced to life imprisonment. They are in custody. Recall that the search and rescue operation in Pokrovsk was completed on August 8 last year. The shelling then killed nine people. 82 wounded were also reported, two of whom were children. Subsequently, it became known about the death of another victim - the rescuer. On August 8, the UN condemned a double blow to Pokrovsk, calling it "absolutely ruthless.
