Referring to the statement of Ukrainian military analyst Konstantin Mashovts, experts report on the transfer of the 900th and 902 regiments of the 116th special purpose brigade of Rosgvardi from the occupied territories of Donetsk region to Belgorod region in early February. Mashovets notes that these regiments have a significant artillery power, which probably caused them to be transferred to the Belgorod region.
However, ISW has doubts that Russian armed forces will be able to conduct large -scale offensive operations in the Kharkiv region. Currently, only positional battles are observed along the Kupyansk-Svatove-Kremen's line, and there is no confirmed data on changing the front line.
