Recognition of "new borders" of Russia: Narishkin voiced the vision of a peace agreement on Ukraine

To extend: a peaceful decision in Ukraine provides for its non -nuclear status, demilitarization, denacification, abolition of "discriminatory laws" and recognition of "new borders" of Russia. This statement was made by the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Narishkin in Belarus. About it reports TASS. He arrived in Minsk, where he was expected to meet with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

The Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine claims that Moscow and Minsk are currently fixing the growth of NATO's military activity near its own borders, so he went to Belarus. "As for the strategic goals of Russia after the end of the conflict, they remain unchanged. The conditions of the peace agreement provide, of course, the non -nuclear, neutral status of Ukraine, demilitarization and denacification said Narishkin.

He also commented on the position of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the continuation of the war. "Russia fulfills all its obligations, which cannot be said about the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Narishkin said. He claims that Ukrainian troops regularly strikes energy infrastructure in the Russian Federation.

According to the Director of the SZR, the current Ukrainian authorities are interested in continuing hostilities, because only in the conditions of war can it stay in power and avoid responsibility for their own decisions to society. According to him, Russia is now leading an active dialogue from the United States, during which Washington's desire is felt more deeply to understand the causes of the Ukrainian-Russian war.

"There is a fairly intense communication between Moscow and Washington at different levels. The very fact of such contacts can be considered a positive phenomenon, and this is significantly different from the approach of the previous Presidential Administration of Baiden," said the head of the SZR. According to Uryshkin, the new leadership of the United States demonstrates the willingness to delve into the essence of the Ukrainian-Russian crisis.

It should be reminded that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that the North Atlantic Alliance had lost its historical purpose after the collapse of the Soviet Union and was to be liquidated in the early 1990s. According to Lavrov, after the collapse of the USSR and the decline of the socialist camp, the threat, which, according to the West, substantiated the existence of NATO.
