Mobilization: What diseases of the spine and musculoskeletal system are not taken into service in the army

In order to get a conclusion about unfitness, you need to have really serious illnesses. Some spinal diseases and diseases of the musculoskeletal system make it possible to get a deferral or be removed from the CCC and JV. The suitability of conscripts, servicemen and military service for military service is determined by the Military Medical Commission (VLK), which decides whether a person can fight and perform combat missions for health. This is discussed in TSN.

Annex 1 "Regulations on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" lists the diseases that release from mobilization and military service. Also released from mobilization are diseases that affect the musculoskeletal system of the person: do not mobilize citizens with severe forms of limb diseases: acquired deformations and defects of the fingers, feet, severe flat feet, fibroblastic disorders that cause severe disorders.

People with amputated extremities will also not get to the service of the troops. If a person has significant spinal disorders, severe forms of illnesses, it is recognized as unfit for military service, if moderate, they may be declared suitable or temporarily unsuitable for service. We will remind, on November 15, Focus wrote about the 10 most common myths about the conscription, which they believe in evasants.
