Concerning the statement by General Sirsky about "the formation of 10 new divisions in the end of the year, 2 of which have already been formed" . . . Probably, it is mainly about reformatting the 51st and 3rd general military armies (IDV) of the enemy, the former 1st and 2nd Army Corps (AK) (AK) NM. According to some information, it is planned to be created on the basis of existing in these armies of motorized rifle brigades three "assault" motorized rifle divisions (MSD) in each.
In addition, obviously, the 25th and 138th OMSBRs, from the 6th ID, have already been reformatted (or ending the performance) in the 68th and 69th MSD. Another MSD will probably be formed as a part of the 41st name and 14 AK, also on the basis of existing formations of the level of the brigade \ regiment. Of course, this involves the overall increase in the number of personnel of these formations, but not radically significant.
