According to militiamen, a young couple listened to a song in Russian during a walk. The woman who was behind made them a remark, but the man began to argue. In response, she called the police. "The man sang and even danced the rapper from the aggressor state. Law enforcement officers of the Fastiv Police Department of Kyiv region promptly installed offenders. Both of the relevant administrative protocols of Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).
