Ukraine has resources and technologies that Europe is very needed. The last three years of the war have enabled our private defense companies to develop critically important areas: however, to become part of Rearm Europe in reality, a lot of work is still needed. To access European contracts, we need to become part of their production chains. Most modern military equipment consists of a large number of parts, part of which Europe can no longer produce on its own.
Therefore, Ukraine has two strategic opportunities: none of the European armies has been preparing for war, which will last for several years. They operated on short conflict scenarios that either end diplomatically or grow into nuclear confrontation. Instead, Ukraine already has a unique experience in conducting a protracted war against Rivne by the enemy.
