Kostenko added that the fighting is possible, but they will not be as active as in summer or spring. The weather will also affect the enemy activity. He stressed that in cold weather it is easier to defend than to step.
However, in his words, it is possible to fight, and the fighters carefully monitor the weather forecast daily. "You can take active fighting, but they will not be the way it happens in the summer or spring," Kostenko said.
