The Association, which brings together the largest gas companies of Ukraine, expresses serious concern about a number of publications in the media that contain false and manipulative information about one of the members of the AGCU - Horizon LLCs from the Westernadraseris Group. About it reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to the statement of AGCU. It is noted that this has a negative effect on the business climate in the sector and directly on the volume of natural gas production.

Persons who spread false and manipulative information do so for their own interests. Such actions work against the state, because they repel potential investors - both Ukrainian and foreign, and this happens at a time when the country is extremely needed by international capital, modern technologies and support of Western partners.

"Today, every gas cubic meter produced in Ukraine is critical, because it strengthens our energy security and inspires confidence in the successful passage of this and subsequent RAM. Moreover, the taxes paid not only to maintain the economy of the warring country, but also to strengthen its defense before the aggressor. " - emphasized in the Association. It is the investment of Ukrainian and foreign companies that is an alternative guarantee for the economic growth of the state. At the same time, stopping investment activity in the sector will lead to a fall in gas production, reduction of taxes and reduction of jobs.
