Hetman stressed that in addition to weapons, people who will use it are also needed. Yes, there are three components - weapons, people and fortifications.
He added that when performing these tasks, the tactical promotion of the invaders will be somewhere, but the enemy will not be able to achieve a significant strategic advantage.
