The Russian army began to use outdated tanks in Ukraine at the end of May. They were observed in the Kherson and Donetsk directions. The occupiers began to use the old T-62 tanks by the end of May. They were first attracted in the Kherson direction and in the Donetsk region. Since then, the Ukrainian military has first captured the T-62.

The T-62 tank is a Soviet middle tank that is not in service with the Armed Forces. The tank was developed in the 1950s. Currently, the oldest tank is 61 years old.
