Zelensky expressed confidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not interested in the occupation of individual settlements. According to the Head of State, the Russian leader wants to control the entire territory of Ukraine. "And he does such things either by force of weapons or politically. What he did in Belarus is without victims and without blood, is still," the President said. According to Zelensky, Putin now fully controls the power bloc and troops of Belarus.
He stressed that the proof of this is the attack of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the territory of Belarus to Ukraine on February 24, 2022. "That is, the diplomatic occupation of an independent country and the loss of sovereignty of Belarus," the Ukrainian leader summed up.
