Provocations from the Russian Federation are possible. SBU and police recommend that pilgrims to refrain from visiting Uman to celebrate Roshha ha-shan

The SBU and the National Police recommend that pilgrims to refrain from visiting Ukraine this year to celebrate Rosh Ha-Shan. This is stated in the SBU message on Telegram. The corresponding decision was made in conjunction with the law enforcement agencies of Israel and other responsible bodies of the Ukrainian authorities.

Video of the Day "this is due to the high probability of rocket firing and actions of the Russian side aimed at destabilizing interethnic relations and the task of harming the international image of Ukraine", - the message reads. The SBU stated that law enforcement officers carefully check the available information concerning possible threats to the stay of pilgrims in our country for timely comprehensive response.

However, despite all safety measures, the aggressor country can use the arrival and mass accumulation of pilgrims to arrange provocations. The SBU noted that in view of the above information, they are asked to refrain from traveling to Ukraine. The agency stated that anyone who would dare to make a pilgrimage should steadily comply with the requirements of regime measures: curfew, response to air alarm signals, as well as to follow all the instructions of law enforcement agencies.
