I wish health, dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today there is a new step of the International Criminal Court - the arrest warrants of two more representatives of the Russian leadership. This time - military leaders. Commanders of Russian murderers-longitudinal aviation and the Black Sea Fleet of the terrorist state. In particular, they carried out and carry out a terrorist campaign against our country and people - strikes against our energy, our civilian infrastructure.

These are obvious crimes - Russia's crimes and crimes against humanity. And this is the principle movement in the International Criminal Court. When international justice begins to work, it is no longer stopped. Justice for Ukraine, for Ukrainians and the international community will generally be restored.

I thank the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court of Karim Khan, the entire team of the International Criminal Court and our Ukrainian team working for the sake of restoring justice - all investigators who investigate Russian crimes of war, all experts who assist, the Prosecutor General and his office and all law enforcement agencies. . Russian killers will answer - and that's for sure.

I want to thank all our soldiers today, all units that restore safety and control in both the Ukrainian sky and in our Black Sea. Ukraine has proved what we are capable of, what our strength is capable of. The number of Russian military aircraft and our boys' capabilities about the Russian Navy says this. There will be no safe harbor in the Black Sea for Russian terrorists. And there will be no safe space for them in the sky - provided our Ukrainian strength is sufficient.
